Business Development Manager

Globe Call Centre is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive company growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue through lead generation, client relationship management, and executing sales strategies.

• Location: I-10/3, Islamabad
• Experience Required: 2–5 Years
• Salary / Package: Handsome Salary + Fixed Percentage of Revenue
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Shift: Night Shift
• Timings: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Mon–Fri)

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Gen: Actively seek new clients via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
• Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, new opportunities, and gaps in the market
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to boost retention
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Negotiation: Close deals and manage contract negotiations effectively

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2–5 years of business development experience (preferably US market, B2B & B2C services)
• Professional-level English communication skills
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred
• Proficiency in CRM software, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and lead generation
• Strong negotiation, networking, communication, and project management skills
• Confident and self-motivated mindset
