Cab Dispatcher / Inbound Customer Support Specialist
- Location: I-10/3, Islamabad (On-Site)
- Experience Required: 1–3 Years
- Salary: Up to PKR 100,000/- per month
- Job Type: Full-Time
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a taxi dispatcher
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask under pressure
- Good understanding of dispatch operations and route planning
- Basic computer proficiency and system handling skills
- Ability to work in rotational UK/US shift timings
